Question

Help answer this question below.

My car note is 60 days past due, I thought it had to be 90 days past due before they repo. I won't be sending them anything for another 2 weeks. Do you think they will send the repo man?

Since you are currently 60 days past due, you are legally in breach of contract, and the lender has many options for legal remedy, including sending out the dreaded repo man. If you stay in contact with your bank and let them know what's going on, depending on your bank, that might keep the repo man from coming to grab your car. All banks are different though, and the big worldwide banks are less likely to be willing to work with you then smaller banks with only 1 or 2 branches.
