How much has the melting of Arctic sea ice raised the sea level worldwide?

    The melting of the Arctic would cause a lowering of the sea level because the ice floats on the water. There has been actually very little melting overall of the Arctic and a slight increase in Antarctic ice, so the issue is not valid in any event.
