I would disapprove. Not because the 18 year old is honest and had good intentions, but because there in potential for something to happen. No matter how good the 14 year old and 18 year old withhold from the sex, there will be that strong sexual attraction and urges. When two people are alone and are romantically involved, it will happen eventually, alot sooner than you think.. First the kissing, then petting, then... well... you know.

Second - I would disapprove as the 14 year old has much bigger goals she should concentrate on, such as graduating school. I've got some FB friends from my niece who is 13, and all you read about is boyfriends, how hoy a guy is, and heartaches. Kids today need to place relationships on the back burner and concentrate on what they want to do with their lives, then when they're happy and successful in careers, worry bout serious relationships. They'll be so much happier in there lives if they do.
