Question

Help answer this question below.

I've had three male patients who had surgery to change to female. They all view themselves as lesbian. One said this is typical. I want to know if male to female transexuals all view themselvs as lesbian? And vice versa.

It's probably most common, if not typical, that many TS's see themselves as lesbian in the beginning. But most of the ones I know personally (and I know many) have over time become more male oriented in the relationship game.
However, there are very few men who are interested in post-op TS's, either they're straight and can't completely separate the fact that the girls were once guys, or they are more interested in 'girls with cocks' as this slips by their own personal 'gaydar'
And in the long run, most of the post-ops I know have settled for a relationship with another TS, more so to have someone close in their life who cares for them than for the sexual aspects
