Help answer this question below.

I am a U.S citizen and going to have a child in the U.S but the childs father lives in Jamaica to get my child a passport to go to jamaica my name can only be on the brith certifcate when i get to jamaica will i be able to put his name on it?

    all you do is list the father of the child at the time of birth and fill out the form and sent it in, why do you have to wait to get there.
