How much liquor per person can be brought into the U.S. from Mexico without penalty or fee?

    Alcoholic BeveragesOne liter (33.8 fl. oz.) of alcoholic beverages may be included in your exemption if:

    You are 21 years old.
    It is for your own use or as a gift.
    It does not violate the laws of the state in which you arrive.

    Must meet the Exemptions laws to bring in.

    If you bring more or don't meet them and get stoped, you just pay the taxes on it normaly... if you dont tell them you have it they may fine you.
