Should civilians with a concealed weapons license be able to carry a gun anywhere since we have had so many shootings?

    Civilians should be able to carry a gun anywhere BECAUSE we have had so many shootings. The "so many shootings" you ask about.....How many were at the hands of law abiding citizens with carry permits?
