Help answer this question below.

My 11 year old standard poodle displaced his hip, and then died of septicaemia, he did not have surgery but was at the vets for about a week. Is it possible to die from from septicaemia due to a displaced hip?

    I am not a vet, but I know a lot about animals and so on. Septicemia is something like Strepp. If the hip became inflamed it very possibly could've become infected.
