OK, but breath of God doesn't mean it's a person. Sounds more like action of God. And where can I find that in the Bible?

Everytime in the bible when the Holy Spirit get meantioned, then is it the word ruach. Christians believing that he´s a person too. If you want the innermost person of God. Its interesting that the word ruach is female.

It's "Ruach HaKodesh" and it is debatable whether or not it is the same concept as the holy spirit in Christianity.

"Hokmah", Wisdom, is also used. And named as an entity in Proverbs - the very first action of God was to bring Her out.
