Why do some people take things so seriously?

    because things might mean certain things to other people. For example some people take 9/11 more serious than other people because they might of lost someone. Or they saw it happen. OR other people who just heard about it and it didnt affect there family or home at all, Might not see the big deal about it.

    • Because some people are self-righteous assholes that have to take things more seriously than others to make them look important or more intelligent.

      Notice I said SOME people, other people have a valid reason to take something seriously.
